David has been in the business since his teens, working as a painter between high school and college. This early start provided skills in estimating and client contact, which he brought to Urban Waterproofing as a project estimator and eventually project manager. Always looking for ways to reinvent himself, he finally moved into the role of head of the Urban Painting sales department. David’s well-rounded experience with both Urban Painting and Urban Waterproofing makes him a great asset in helping clients find the very best solutions for their building envelope needs.

When not crunching numbers and game-planning at work, David stays busy with his family, cheering on the kids from the sidelines, playing bass guitar in a garage band, or enjoying the hidden gems of the SF Bay Area with his wife. Every once in a while, you may spot David’s name next to an illustration in the Wall Street Journal.
