Jose Olmeda
Project Manager

Jose has been with Urban for over 15 years, starting out as a journeyman painter. From there, he worked his way up to become one of our top-performing foremen, year in and year out. Jose was often tasked with tackling the more challenging projects because of his versatility and ability to run large crews and work with specialty height equipment.

Jose is now a project manager and brings his innate sense of performing the work to the management role, making sure the crew is on track and on budget and the clients are always up to speed on the project.

When not running projects, Jose spends time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, or cooking together. When the need arises, Jose works on complicated home maintenance projects, like recently waterproofing his foundation—installing almost 500 square feet of waterproofing by himself!
