Refugio “Cuco” Garcia
Estimator

Refugio started very young with Urban, working summers for the company in the field as a painter before heading off to college and earning a BS in Economics / Spanish from UC Davis. Refugio brings this unique blend of hands-on field knowledge of what we do and his sharp analytical skills to his role in Sales / Estimating. While Refugio is newer to the team, many of the more seasoned estimators seek his input on the timing of various elements.

On the weekends, Refugio spends time with his wife and family, going to concerts and live events, or exploring the Bay Area with his camera, pursuing his passion for photography. When his knee fully heals, Refugio may get back on the soccer pitch, where he was a standout center forward.
